Ezekiel Go - Director Manager

 Meet Ezekiel, Gora's Director.

 Ezekiel is a dedicated NDIS support worker with a psychology background and extensive business experience. As director, he brings a compassionate and proactive approach to his role, combining his understanding of human behaviour with a passion for helping others achieve their goals. 

Alongside his credentials, Ezekiel is also a carpenter and registered building practitioner. 

Known for his sporty, humorous, and empathetic demeanour, Ezekiel is committed to delivering personalised support that fosters independence and well-being for participants in the Broome and Kimberly regions. His strong work ethic ensures reliable and adaptable care, making him a trusted ally in every individual's journey. 

Ugyen Tenzin - Support Supervisor

Meet Ugyen, Gora's Support Supervisor.

Ugyen is a skilled NDIS Support Worker with over 3 years of experience across disability support, youth work and community care. 

Throughout his career, he has worked as a Youth Connection Officer, Youth Worker, Support Worker and Carer, supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds to achieve greater independence and wellbeing. 

He also has the privilege of working in remote, regional and urban communities, including with First Nations participants, which has deepened his commitment to delivering culturally safe and person-centred services. 

His work focuses on promoting dignity, inclusion and empowerment, helping participants build confidence and reach their personal goals.

Michael Conte - Support Worker

Meet Michael.

He is a highly empathetic, culturally sensitive and committed support worker with a Bachelor of Social Work and extensive experience with training. 

His experience includes providing clinical and psychosocial interventions, case management, counselling and advocacy within community health, residential and rehabilitation settings. 

He has a deep understanding of complex service systems such as the National Disability Insurance Scheme and MyAgedCare. He is well-trained in mental health first aid, conflict de-escalation, trauma-informed care and suicide prevention. He excels at coordinating multidisciplinary teams and aims to deliver safe, respectful and empowering support to all clients.

Sangay Thinley - Support Worker

 Meet Sangay.

Sangay is a dedicated Support Worker with nearly three years of hands-on experience providing person-centred care across community, residential, and in-home settings. 

With a strong commitment to dignity, independence, and safety, Sangay supports individuals with diverse needs, including disability, mental health challenges, and age-related conditions. 

They are skilled in daily living assistance, behaviour support, documentation, and building trusting relationships with clients and families. 

Known for reliability, empathy, and a calm approach, Sangay consistently contributes to positive outcomes and a high standard of care within every team they join. 

Sarah Xu - Support Worker

Meet Sarah.

Sarah is a hardworking and compassionate support worker. Helping others live with comfort, dignity and independence is something she finds deeply rewarding. She holds several certificates in individual support and care, which give her the skills in providing safe, compassionate and high-quality assistance. 

Sarah pays great attention to every detail, whether it's while helping with daily routines, offering emotional support, or keeping things organised and running smoothly. You can rely on her strong ability to understand and sympathise with every client she supports. 

Her focus is on providing care that makes a real difference and is delivered with kindness, patience and professionalism.

Yvan Romary - Support Worker

Meet Yvan. 

He is an NDIS Support Worker originally from France with an international background in customer service, logistics, and commercial roles. 

Combined with extensive travel and martial arts experience in a community setting, he has developed strong adaptability, cultural awareness and people skills.
Yvan connects easily with individuals from diverse backgrounds and brings a calm, respectful and positive approach to every situation.   
He has completed all required inductions, including First Aid and CPR, with a strong focus on safety, reliability and person-centred care.
With a strong passion for nature, sport, and outdoor activities, he brings consistency and purpose to his work, committed to making a meaningful impact where it matters most.  

Thomas Perrot - Support Worker

 Meet Thomas.

He is a dedicated NDIS support worker with a diverse background and strong interpersonal skills. 

Originally from France, Thomas has gained valuable international experience across Australia and Europe, working in hospitality, marine operations and as a commercial professional.

Known for his friendly, patient and empathetic nature, Thomas naturally builds strong connections with the people he supports. His experience in fast-paced environments has developed his adaptability, problem-solving abilities and calm approach in all situations.

Thomas holds First Aid & CPR certification and has completed his NDIS training, ensuring safe and professional support. 

He is committed to promoting independence, well-being and confidence through person-centred care tailored to each individual.

Outside of work, Thomas enjoys fishing, outdoor activities and sharing valuable knowledge and meaningful conversations, enabling his ability to build trust and genuine relationships.

Jan Michael David - Support Worker

Meet Jan.

He is a kind NDIS support worker with great communication skills.  When working with clients, he ensures to make time with them engaging through his dedication and intent to bring ease into these individuals' lives. He is an attentive and respectful listener who shares great compassion, enhancing the quality of his overall support for clients and interactions.

Sophie Boussalmi - Support Worker

Meet Sophie.

Sophie is a compassionate support worker from France with a strong background in healthcare and community support. With over eight years of experience working in a psychiatric hospital in France, she has developed exceptional communication skills, empathy, patience and the ability to provide calm, person-centred care in a wide range of situations.

Since moving to Australia, Sophie has worked as an NDIS Support Worker in Perth and as a community nurse in Broome, supporting people to live safely, comfortably and independently in their own homes. Her experience includes personal care, mobility assistance, medication support, daily living activities and building meaningful relationships based on trust and respect.

Beyond her professional career, Sophie is deeply committed to humanitarian work. She independently organises and funds projects that support vulnerable communities, including assisting orphanages and helping provide access to clean water by building wells in remote villages. 

Known for her positive attitude, professionalism and genuine kindness, Sophie brings warmth, reliability and respect to every person she supports. She believes that every individual deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion and encouragement, and takes pride in delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Outside of work, Sophie enjoys staying active through fitness, spending time outdoors and embracing new challenges. She approaches every day with energy, optimism and a genuine passion for helping others live their best lives.
